With just about 123 days until we leave (gulp) we are working hard on our next big fundraising project the ST. PATRICK'S KARAOKE-PUB NIGHT happening March 20th in the parish hall. We are thrilled to announce that include as one of our silent action items available for bid are 2 round trip tickets on Via rail from Winnipeg to Jasper. What a trip that will be be and what a great blessing for the mission team.

Hi Nicole! Thanks for telling me about your blog - I'll enjoy following it, since I know quite a few of you (some of whom really were little and blonde when I last lived there!)
ReplyDeleteIt is always an "interesting" struggle - allowing God to make and control the plans, while still having to do all the preparation you can! There was a great line in yesterday's sermon here touching on that idea of letting God be in charge: "Believe it or not - there are no vacancies on the Trinity"!
